I replaced my AC Compressor and Air Handler plus added a steam humidifier and air purification device to my new system. The work was done in a vintage high rise condo and these guys executed the work to perfection. They came up with a great plan to relocate the air handler, found a smart path for all the connections to electricity, and refrigeration lines to cause the least disruption, and they completed the work on time. They left my home clean after work each day and were most professional in all my interactions with the installers and the owner of the business. Their estimate for the work and the final bill were exactly the same and the price was better than the other bid I received. Mark at Five Star has been my go-to HVAC guy for a decade. I have an old 1925 bungalow, and he kept my old boiler system limping along for many years. When it finally gave out, they installed a modern 95% efficiency condensing boiler to replace it, which also got rid of my water heater. My energy usage and bills went down significantly, and we love it. This year we finished our attic into a big master bed/bath/office space, and Mark’s team came in to add a secondary loop to the system to heat the new space. They also added a Unico high velocity AC system to both floors. The work has always been top notch and prompt. All the techs who have performed the work are courteous and skillful. I’ve referred them to several friends already. If I could give Five Star six stars I would!
